Mr. Nielsen is a shareholder in the law firm of Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, Norris & Rieselbach, s.c. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a practice in title insurance coverage and title disputes. In addition, he maintains an active schedule as a lecturer and author on title insurance and escrow matters.

Mr. Nielsen has twenty years' experience with the title industry. He served as Midwest Claims Counsel for Ticor Title Insurance Company, and later as Associate Area Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Nielsen offers consults to claim administrators and retained counsel, and serves as an expert witness on custom and practice in the title industry and conveyancing law.
